Not a ton of video game stores or toy stores. We only saw one housing option on Main Street.

Lots of restaurant options, close to a great theater, and small grocery stores.
Are there any disadvantages of living in Downtown Springfield?
You will have to go somewhere else if you want toys. You are also far from a large grocery store. Close to lots of bussing at Springfield Station.
What advice would you give to someone who was moving to the Downtown Springfield?
If you want movies or toys, Downtown Springfield is not for you. If you want shopping, eat, see a play or take the bus, Downtown Springfield is for you.
