Are there any advantages of living Downtown?
Eugene Station a big advantage. You can take one bus almost anywhere you need to go in Eugene. Most other areas, you will need to take two buses.
Are there any disadvantages of living Downtown?
Lots of strangers who might not always have your best interest.
