TUESDAY- Ran to bus- 2 minutes- M
WEDNSDAY- Went for walk- 10 minutes- M
THURSDAY- Stretching kinda like yoga but I was practicing splits- 15 minutes- M
FRIDAY- Run- 12 minutes- V
