- Today, you will get a large sheet of drawing paper which can be part of your ultimate work of art. As you listen, you may do the following:
- Close your eyes and listen
- Write down key ideas, concepts, and images that come to mind
- Sketch while you listen
- You may not fill the room with your voice
- During this and the next class, you will have your drawing sheet and a sheet of watercolor paper, a brush, and a watercolor paint set. At that point, you can transfer your images, symbols, and words, or employ both sheets in your artwork.
- From a Taoist perspective, this work should be relaxed and feel effortless and simple.
- The inspiration for this lesson is the Tao itself.
