West Egg is along North Shore in Long Island, New York, sitting directly across the water from East Egg. West Egg is considered less rich and generally the lesser version of East Egg holding more middle class homes. As the more average part of Long Island, the standard isn’t held so high as it is on East Egg. Some would consider this more enjoyable and laid back. However, West Egg doesn’t debut the insane mansions like the East side does.
