Welcome to The PDF Store, where everything’s free! Below are several PDFs that your students should already have or you may have already seen. Should you find any of your school/5th grade forms that I’ve sent home have been eaten by a dog, destroyed, or lost by another smaller version of them called a sibling, you can get it here. And it’s free. If you do not have a printer at home please email me and I’ll get your student another copy upon your request. If I am informed by your student that they no longer have one of the items below, I’ll have them exhaust their brains and bodies in search of where it could have gone to make sure they have actually looked EVERYWHERE. We are trying to drastically reduce paper consumption at school so this is one effort that will make a small dent in that plan.
