Reflection. Opened up 123D design. Kinda clicked on a few buttons, and voila! Here it is. I think it’s an umbrella robot thing. The robot has a hat which acts as a rain blocked device, aka the umbrella. Along with that it still has 4 arms, which is useful because of how occupied your hands can be due to carrying an umbrella.
