Apollo Briggs

Apollo is an Italian-Turkish fiction writer, poet, and artist based in Eugene Oregon. Apollo is involved in South Eugene High Schools Figure of Speech club, and primarily works in graphic design. Apollo strives in writing similar stories to events he has experienced, placing the stories mostly in Eugene. Apollo writes about immigration, race, identity, poverty, and the hardships him and his family has had to face due to his mixed background and multicultural upbringing. Apollo grew up in a creative household, with a mother that was a poet that urged Apollo to become a proficient reader from a young age. His mother as well urged his creativity when he showed an interest in painting and drawing. Apollo spends most of his time reading, making art, or spending time hiking at his favorite spots.
