A little bit about me…
I graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Early Childhood and Adolescent Development, and my teaching license in 2006. I since have taught both First Grade, and Kindergarten in three states. In 2017 I entered the D.Ed. program at the University of Oregon to get my Doctorate of Educational Leadership, with a focus on Educational Policy.
I have three children of my own: Kyle, Lilah, and Sadie. Needless to say I am very busy!!! As a family, we love to be outdoors hiking and exploring, visiting the coast, reading, creating art, and dancing while making meals.
I love teaching. I love watching my students grow and make new connections each day. I hope you can tell how special McCornack is, and how much our staff cares. Please reach out if you need anything, or have any questions!
