Oregon is a great place to bring the family for the summer and or the winter. But make sure to avoid our rainy seasons! Our summers are hot with cool evenings to ensure fun! Lots of pools can be found in many places. Portland is also one of the most known cities full of diverse cultures and religions. There are also markets and places that are fun to visit in the city while it is nice and hot. Beware of the harsh winters though. Our winters are very unpredictable from lots of fun in the snow to people losing power for up to weeks at a time.
