With someone in your family create an image of a healthy body-a drawing, photograph, collage, etc. Use any materials you have around the house.  It does not have to be complicated. You can also create a wordle, if you prefer, that combines words that indicate a healthy body.  While you create this together share some of the things you learned in class about body image.
