Weather – Hot Hot Hot!

On this day, August 6th 1925, marks the hottest day in history for the city of New York. At the peak of the day, the temperature reached an astounding 106 degrees, making this the hottest day since the 102 degree day in 1918. Many heat-exhausted citizens are flocking to any form of water to get out of the heat, causing beaches like Coney Island and Long Beach to become overcrowded. Stay hydrated and rest up!
