My company is Vanns Moto Gear,I started the company In 2001 ,it is founded for people who want dirt bikes ,gear and parts.
2. What do they do or make – describe the products and
services and what makes them unique.
we sell dirt bikes,hear and parts. were unique because we sell old dirt bikes and new dirt bikes , old parts and new parts.
3. Describe the culture of the organization or company. What is the work
environment like – the atmosphere? What is the building like –
exterior/interior, architecture, fittings and furniture? How do the employees
work together? What are the jobs and roles of individuals? How does
management treat them?
The employés are very nice and friendly,there is furniture to wait while getting your dirt bike fixed our getting parts or gear.The building is fully refurbished.The employes job is to welcome the customer and help them if they can’t find any thing or if they have questions the other employes are walking around and helping other people with questions. There are employed n the back were the inventory is and bringing parts or anything the customers want to see.

income level, where they live, own or rent, etc.)
The audience people looking for parts or dirt bikes.there are dirt bikes or parts for all ages male and female.The income level is 40 an hour. All the employes live in either gene or springfield.
