“I Love You”
I was on fire
As she lightly drew
Her fingers down
My back and brought
Her face closer to mine
But she did not kiss me
But simply whispered
“I love you”

Here In Your Arms
Here in your arms
Is where I wake from sleep
Listing to your heart
Puts me to sleep without the sheep
I fell for your charms
And the way you let me oversleep
And miss my alarms
In the pool of love, I’m in the deep

Unwanteds
We are unwanted
Magic at our fingertips
We defend the land

Full circle
It stifled his screams
Rain drenched his cold dead body
He was reborn as
A pink hippopotamus
A joy it was until death

The Seasons
Bright summer days
Flowers of every color swaying in the breeze
Splashing and swimming
In any form of water
Refreshing lemonade
That is what Summer is
Listen to the sounds of the world
The music that fills the air
The sound of laughter that’s always there
The way the world goes round
This is the way of life
Bright multi-colored leaves
Cold days but not yet winter cold
Sugar rushes from leftover candy
Jumping into huge freshly raked piles of
leaves
The occasional runny nose but every face filled with a smile
That is what Fall is
Listen to the sounds of the world
The music that fills the air
The sound of laughter that’s always there
The way the world goes round
This is the way of life
Cold dark before home days
Snow piling up
Zooming down hillsides
The warmth of the CoCo as it vanishes the
cold from your bones
Red tinted cheeks
That is what Winter is
Listen to the sounds of the world

New life springs up
The time of umbrellas
And the pitter-patter of the rain
The smell of wet earth
Beneath our feet
The time of new beginnings
That is what Spring is
