Confusion 

Confusion wanders in my mind

Not sure what to do or who to see

Wandering alone in an empty desert

No one to turn to

Not sure where to go

Left or right 

Forward or backward

Confusion looks at the desert with a blank stare

The vast hot desert like an empty room

Confusion still wanders in my mind
