Earthquakes
Description –
Students use the Earthquakes data in their handout to create a database showing Western States earthquakes with a magnitude of > 7.0 in the past 100 years. Use the charts options in MS Excel to generate a 3D column chart based on the data in the handout. Students must show data value by using the “labels” option from their “Toolbox”.

Reflection –
In this project I found out how many earthquakes have been in a few Western States. I charted them in Excel and put all the states in a bar graph. I thought I did pretty well in this assignment and I hope I get a fair grade. I had fun doing it and I hope we have more assignments like this one. :)
