Small compared to the houses to those neighboring it. A very small yard consisting mostly of a driveway. Inside there isn’t much else, a small table and a stove, in a smaller room towards the back there is a single bed. Quaint and a short walk from Gatsby’s, Nicks house is located in a prime location, with high resell value and an amazing view of the lake, this is not a place to overlook.
