•Complete the Don’t Flip Yo’ Lid Video Reflection
 
•Zoom office hours today will include an overview of the assignments/agenda for the week and Q & A.  Attend if you need/want this info or if you have questions.
 
•What is Mindfulness Google Slideshow (read through the slides and watch all the videos)
 
•Practice the guided mindfulness meditation with Ms. Garland and complete the  Guided Mindfulness Meditation reflection  questions.
 
•ONLY attend the optional Zoom office hours if you have a question or need support.  
 
•Review all  the mindfulness google slideshows from this week and last week
 
•Look over the mindfulness review resource info doc
 
•Read through the mindfulness poster project guidelines and start on your poster if  you are ready.

•Finish and turn in your mindfulness poster (you will turn it in by taking a picture of the poster and adding the pic to the mindfulness poster project guidelines link)
 
•Complete Friday 5,4,4,2,1 Reflection

•Begin Pandemic Playlist Project (Due Friday 4/24) guidelines were posted last week.

•Work on Wellness Self -Assessment Action Plan Goal (Due Friday)
•Keep working on Pandemic Playlist Assignment (Due Friday 4/22)
 
•ONLY attend the optional Zoom office hours if you have a question or need support.  
•Work on Wellness Self Assessment Action Plan Goal and Incorporate Wellness Self Assessment Action Plan Goal into your daily routine when you finish.
