The Student Summit is a 1-day experience to build student relationships, leadership skills, and community employment awareness. Students will participate in mock interviews with a community member from an industry sector that matches each student’s IEP Post-Secondary Employment Goal. After the Mock Interview, students will have an opportunity to participate in an informational interview with the community member to discover more information about their job/career/industry. An afternoon session will be facilitated by the Special Olympics.
