The 4J CTP program is a part time or full time post high school 4J transition service

Students schedule varies depending on their needs. Students can access 1-28 hours per week of service.
In addition to CTP, students may independently be involved with work experience, Youth Transition Program, paid employment, LCC Classes, and/or community programs
