Location – let’s look at where we can set up for our event (outdoor / indoor) and see what’s realistic for number of people attending…. what is needed? tables? Chairs? how many do we have?
2 weeks ago we agreed on the following tasks and delegation – we have some changes already.
Decorate – George, Seiji (3 – things I like about ______ each graduating student.) , write names of all graduating students&Jasmin on white-board, balloooooons, streamers, (color theme – silver/ blue/green/red/purple…),
Music – Kamiloh, (summer music- celebration) – speaker
Certificate – Heather
MC/organizer– Rhailyah

This week: Thursday 25th is Graduation Luncheon.
“Younger” students will make a fun trip and do activities at Emerald Park…
Future: Sign the cards for our grad students – write small 🙂
Next week no school – Monday (Memorial day).

Jasmin IS : helpful, wonderful, creative, funny, kind, thoughtful – helping students if having a hard day. Caring – make all students feel heard and help if having hard times. Active – very knowledgable with outdoors and hiking.

Day of: Earlier lunch- Leave around 11:45 to walk to w11th (or Churchill and catch bus#36)
Bus to downtown
Attend event 12:30 – 2:00
End of day: leave to go home (make the plan to leave from downtown if you want to be done early)
