1/5/2021  Stretches to do everyday and why

This instructor understands a lot about the body. Maybe not all of the stretches will appeal to you, but give it a watch and pick one or two to try.  Stretching is good to do whenever you feel up to it, whether that is mornings, before a meal, or as a bedtime routine.
