THE FOLLOWING 5-POINT SCALE IS USED FOR SCORING:

5 – EXCEEDS STANDARD
Surpasses standards in quality and accuracy.

4 – MEETS STANDARD
Complete with high level of quality and at least 80% accuracy.

3 – APPROACHES STANDARD
Mostly complete with moderate level of quality and at least 60% accuracy.

2 – EMERGING SKILL
Working on quality and accuracy. Needs practice.

O – NO EVIDENCE

Not turned in or no evidence of effort (may appear as .1).

Half points round up: 4.5 rounds to a 5; 2.5 rounds to a 3, etc.

Late work is accepted only with a brief parent/guardian note.  Work missed from an absence can be made up and due dates for makeup work will be negotiated between your student and me.
