Disable Spaces, SmartInk for OAKS

The below is the ARD unix command I’ve been using. I’ve used it on 10.6 and above and it has done the trick. I’ve not found any adverse side effects, though someone may find some. Your mileage may vary….

rm /Library/LaunchAgents/com.smarttech.ink.plist
defaults write com.apple.dock mcx-expose-disabled -bool TRUE
killall Dock
defaults write /Users/student/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys AppleSymbolicHotKeys -dict-add 118 “{enabled = 0; value = { parameters = ( 65535, 18, 262144 ); type = standard; }; }”
defaults write /Users/student/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys AppleSymbolicHotKeys -dict-add 32 “{enabled = 0; value = { parameters = ( 65535, 126, 262144 ); type = standard; }; }”
defaults write /Users/student/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys AppleSymbolicHotKeys -dict-add 33 “{enabled = 0; value = { parameters = ( 65535, 109, 0 ); type = standard; }; }”
defaults write /Users/student/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys AppleSymbolicHotKeys -dict-add 34 “{enabled = 0; value = { parameters = ( 65535, 126, 393216 ); type = standard; }; }”
defaults write /Users/student/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys AppleSymbolicHotKeys -dict-add 35 “{enabled = 0; value = { parameters = ( 65535, 120, 131072 ); type = standard; }; }”
defaults write /Users/student/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys AppleSymbolicHotKeys -dict-add 36 “{enabled = 0; value = { parameters = ( 65535, 125, 262144 ); type = standard; }; }”
defaults write /Users/student/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys AppleSymbolicHotKeys -dict-add 37 “{enabled = 0; value = { parameters = ( 65535, 125, 393216 ); type = standard; }; }”
defaults write /Users/student/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys AppleSymbolicHotKeys -dict-add 62 “{enabled = 0; value = { parameters = ( 65535, 111, 0 ); type = standard; }; }”
defaults write /Users/student/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys AppleSymbolicHotKeys -dict-add 63 “{enabled = 0; value = { parameters = ( 65535, 111, 131072 ); type = standard; }; }”
defaults write /Users/student/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys AppleSymbolicHotKeys -dict-add 79 “{enabled = 0; value = { parameters = ( 65535, 123, 262144 ); type = standard; }; }”
defaults write /Users/student/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys AppleSymbolicHotKeys -dict-add 80 “{enabled = 0; value = { parameters = ( 65535, 123, 393216 ); type = standard; }; }”
defaults write /Users/student/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys AppleSymbolicHotKeys -dict-add 81 “{enabled = 0; value = { parameters = ( 65535, 124, 262144 ); type = standard; }; }”
defaults write /Users/student/Library/Preferences/com.apple.symbolichotkeys AppleSymbolicHotKeys -dict-add 82 “{enabled = 0; value = { parameters = ( 65535, 124, 393216 ); type = standard; }; }”

Give the computer a restart after. (Note that this is for an account named “student”.)
