This is my story and I’m sticking to it!

I was born and raised in Eugene to my mom and dad, Tamara and Shaun. As a first grader, I enjoyed dancing, Girlscouts, playing piano, and helping to take care of my little brother, Ryan.

As a native Eugenian, I am a huge Duck football fan and you will often find me in Duck gear during the fall. I have been going to football games with my family since before I was a first grader.

My doggy daughter is named Annabelle and I adopted her about 7 years ago. My life hasn’t been the same since she came into my life. We enjoy long walks on the beach and play dates at the dog park. She loves to snuggle and talk back to her mom.

The latest addition to my family little family is my husband! Rick Krause and I were married August 12th. But even though I am technically Mrs. Krause by marriage…I will continue to be Miss Swift at school. After teaching for the last 10 years as Miss Swift, I can’t quite accept being Mrs. Krause to my students.
