It is distributed by Teaching Tolerance and deals with the serious subject of injustices done upon different groups of society throughout history. The video explores how our nation has pursued — and is still pursuing — the dream of liberty and justice for all. The narrators are eight teenagers from around the country whose families have experienced the struggle for that dream. – WorldCat.org If the video has raised questions for you I’m happy to connect with you during class or you can e-mail me. I was proud of the class for being mature, empathetic and sensitive during our brief discussion today after we watched the video. An extra credit option is to write about your family’s personal heritage and history (however long you’d like it to be) and turn it in for points.
