Short week – we will be looking at how geography shapes culture and how beliefs, shape, as well as reflect culture. We will be watching Human Planet Episode One -Oceans. I also hope to wrap up the name writing and put them on display with the illuminations.

EQ’s: How do beliefs of a people shape, as well as reflect, a culture? Should the expression of one’s beliefs be restricted or regulated? When? Who decides? What changes a culture’s set of beliefs and practices?
