Down the snow covered mountain
My chocolate hair
Flowing
Flying
In the wind
I swerve and swindle
Through the white powder
Faster
And faster
Until I begin to float
Flying
Soaring
Through the air
My bare
Exposed face
Quickly becomes
Numb
Freezing
Frozen
In time
The moment feels
As if
It could last forever
Until
I jerk my snowboard to the side
Snow flies in my face
I shred to a stop
And I smile
