Hello students,

I hope that this note finds you and yours healthy, and as active and engaged as is possible during these difficult days. Please know that I’ve been thinking about you and missing our classroom routines and my daily interactions with all of you. I very much hope that we can return to a more normal way of living as soon as it is safe to do so. The data so far is telling us that social distancing seems to be working to slow the spread of the virus, so please continue to maintain social distance – it will literally save thousands of lives. Be proud that you are able to contribute to the war against COVID-19  during this historic time.

You will have been, and will continue to be, receiving information from the school district regarding the educational opportunities that we’ll be providing to you beginning on April 6th. This is all new to everyone, so please be prepared for a learning curve as we bring distance learning up to speed.

For now, you should know that I won’t be using this blog to interact with you when I begin to offer lessons next week. It is not set up to do what I now need to do. Look for information about how we will be connecting later this week.

I look forward to virtually meeting with you soon.

Sincerely,

Jud Landis
