•Health Triangle Day 1 : Read slideshow, complete and turn in quick write.

1.Read through the Health Triangle Days 2 and 3 Slide show
 
2. Complete the Personal Health Inventory, add up your scores, and answer the reflection questions. You have 2 days for this part. Pace yourself. Turn it in on Wednesday.

2. Follow the instructions in the slide show and begin working on your poster (you may want to do an outline first so you know what you want to include in your poster).

1. Review the poster guidelines on the Health Triangle Days 4 and 5 slide show and keep working on your poster.
 
2. Turn in your poster when you are done. Due: noon today. Let Ms. Garland know if you need more time.
 
7/8th Grade Health

Inspiration Project (Day 1) 1.Read through the slide show, project guidelines and Ms. Garland’s Inspirations example slide show.
2.Complete the Inspirations/Favorites Document and choose your  project option (slide show, poster, video, etc.).
 
•Actively do/incorporate into your life your Wellness Action Plan Goal
 
•ONLY attend the optional Zoom office hours if you have a question or need support or want to check in.
 
Inspiration Project Day 2: Create an outline. (You don’t need to turn in the outline. This is just for you to organize your content. )Make a plan for any information/pictures you need to gather. Use the Inspirations/Favorites document to guide you in your outline.  Work on project. (Remember to review the guidelines and rubric as you work on the project. )

Inspiration Project Day 5: Use this day if needed. Finalize, revise, polish and turn in. Project is due at noon. This is a flexible due date. Let Ms. Garland know if you  need more time.
