Pacer for Month of March 2020: 2nd week of the month (March 9th-12th)

Please eat a well balanced meal or snack at least 30 minutes – 60 minutes before the pacer.



Please stay well hydrated before the pacer, consuming 12 oz of water and at least 30 minutes before the pacer is a good idea. 


If a student has asthma please make sure that the student takes their inhaler before physical education class in the office or brings their inhaler to physical education class during pacer days.

If there are other medical concerns please contact me so I can make the necessary accommodations to ensure your student safety and success.
