PE Week 8

Monday: walked 2 miles; moderate.

Tuesday: ran 1 mile, 2 sets of push-ups; vigorous.

Wednesday: ran 1 mile. Did 3 sets of 10 push-ups; vigorous 

Thursday: ran 1 mile did 4 sets of 10 push-ups; vigorous

Friday: ran 2 miles; vigorous

I want to improve my sit and reach because I used to be good at it but now I am not even close to what I used to be.
