PE Week 7

Monday: walked 2 miles. Did 2 sets of 10 push-ups; moderate 

Tuesday: walked 1 mile; moderate

Wednesday: jogged 1 mile. Did 3 sets of 10 push-ups; moderate

Thursday: ran 1 mile did 4 sets of 10 push-ups; vigorous 

Friday: ran 1.5 miles; vigorous 

Overload: on Thursday, I ran a mile and did 4 sets of push-ups even though I was exhausted.
