PE week 4

Monday: running and walking for about 30 minutes; moderate

Tuesday: running and walking for about 30 minutes; moderate 

Wednesday: running and jogging a mile; moderate to vigorous 

Thursday: running and jogging a mile; moderate to vigorous 

Friday: running for about a mile; vigorous

I couldn’t have done any overload at all this week. The reason for this is bacause I was very sick for the whole week but I am getting better.
