Bus trip to the Shoppes at Gateway. We may have the ability to split up, but there’s a Ross, Marshall’s, Kohl’s, Best Buy, Target, and a GameStop and plenty of restaurants to get a quick bite.

Coming back: bus #67 @ 11:34 then transfer to bus #36 to go to Connections @ 12:00.

Week 9, May 27th
This Thursday there is a high chance of some rain. Because of this, we are going to be exploring around downtown! Theres a lot of new business at 5th Street and they have some shelter if the rain comes on strong.
Please bring comfortable walking/running shoes, a light rain layer & water. Umbrellas are welcome if you prefer. As always, remember to bring wear a mask. If you would like to be able to make a purchase, there may be time if you bring your own money.
- We will walk by the Hult Center for the Performing Arts on our way to 5th Street.
- 5th Street Market and the new expansion will be our main destination.
- If there is time, we will walk to the Shelton McMurphey Johnson House
- With a possible walk around Skinner Butte and the climbing columns
If there is time before our bus, on our way back up I would like to stop by Park Blocks (Saturday Market Location) and the Wayne Morse Free Speech Plaza across the street to acquaint y’all with some gathering points for community events that hopefully will be taking place over the Summer and throughout next year!
From downtown we’ll take bus #36 @ 12:00 to go to the Connections building.

We’re going to Amazon Park!
Anders will be out this week, so text or call Morgan (541 954-4496) this Thursday.
We are riding bus # 28 at 10:30am going to Amazon Park. We are exploring the Amazon Park, be prepared to walk a bit today.
After this we will walk the path to 18th & Willamette. From there we’ll take bus #36 from Willamette & 18th St @ 11:58 to go to Connections building.

Week 5 (April 29th)
We’ll meet downtown at 10:00am (or before)!!
We’re going to LCC Main Campus!
We’re leaving on bus#81 @ 10:25 and will arrive at LCC at 10:58
Going back we’re leaving on bus # 98 @ 11:35 and arriving at Eugene Station at 12:04. We will then take Emx to Bailey Hill Rd & W 11th, and walk up to Connections building.
(Or if we’re lucky we’ll catch bus #36 at 12:00 and arrive at Churchill Highschool at 12:20).

Week 4 (April 22) –
We’ll meet downtown at 10:00am (or before)!!
Bus trip going to YMCA and then walk to Willamette & 18th . 
We will depart from Eugene at 10:28 (bus #28) to go to YMCA. We’ll get familiar with the area, be prepared to walk a bit today.
After this we will after the walk past South High School, Safeway on to 18th & Willamette. From there we’ll take bus #36 from Willamette & 18th st @ 11:28 to go to Connections building.

Bus trip is going to VRC ( we have a guided tour with Zumiez store manager -Kirsten @ 11am. )

This is the last week of zoom learning for Thursdays and Friday 🙂
Starting on April 15th we will meet DownTown bus station and make our trips from there.
I have some destinations planned out for our trips, but I’d love to get your ideas also, so please let me know if there is a place in town that you’d like to go to, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
ALSO: please share an emergency contact info with us. (Family member/ Parent/care provider…). Let Anders or Morgan know so we can have this on file in case of emergencey / accident.

Week 1. (April 1st)
If you’re in this class we have to wait 2 weeks till we meet in person.
DO YO NEED HELP WITH BUS TRAINING TO GET TO THE BUILDING 2120 Bailey Hill (THE CONNECTIONS BUILDING) ?
Our meet up spot will always be at Eugene station downtown at 10:00am.
For this first class we will do a short check in and then we’ll make some bus plans for various destinations. Where would you like to go? We can do a lot in 2 hours if we start from downtown.
