Ministry of Truth
Here at the Ministry of Truth (Mintrue), our job is to go back and correct documents that were originally written incorrectly. Our main focuses are news, entertainment, educations, and fine arts which are the biggest influences of our population. There are, however, other branches dealing with proletarian literature, music, drama, and other entertainment. We even have a whole section for pornosec. We rewrite outdated documents and translate them into the newest version of newspeak along with making them simpler so everyone can benefit from them. The work/documents come up through pneumatic tubes where the speakwrite is used to fix the information. The original document is then sent down the memory hole in hopes that non-factual information will ever be spread. Then the old document is replaced with the new document in all places of use.
